C3 / C4 Radial Internal Clearance
Extra internal clearance accommodates thermal expansion from high-frequency vibration and interference fits on the shaft. C4 is standard for vibrating screen applications; C3 for lighter duty.
Heat Stabilization (S0 / S1)
S1 heat-stabilized bearings withstand operating temperatures up to 200°C. S0 up to 150°C. Critical for vibrating screens where friction generates heat during continuous high-frequency operation.
W33 Oil Groove & Lubrication Holes
Outer ring lubrication groove and 3 oil holes allow re-greasing without disassembly. Essential for vibrating screens where regular lubrication is critical to bearing life.
Brass Cage (CA) for High Speed
Machined brass cage (CA) provides better guidance at high speed, better heat dissipation, and higher load capacity compared to steel cage. Standard recommendation for vibrating screen exciters.

Re-greasing interval depends on operating speed, load, temperature, and contamination level. For typical mining vibrating screens, we recommend re-greasing every 200-500 operating hours through the W33 oil groove. Use a high-quality lithium-complex grease with EP additives. Avoid over-greasing, which can cause overheating.
